FiliGrade Sustainable Watermarks B.V. has strengthened its organisation to support the growth of CurvCode activities. Mr. Willem Hellendoorn and Mr. Marien de Lint will become members of the Board of Directors. Bart Jan Constandse and Ben Noteboom will join the Advisory Board.
Bart Jan Constandse, former CEO of Cehave and The Greenery and Chairman of the Board of Superunie until 2020, is an experienced director with a broad network within brand-owners and retailers. Ben Noteboom is also an investor in the company.
FiliGrade Sustainable Watermarks is an Eindhoven-based technology company that uses a patented digital watermark (CurvCode) to separate food-grade plastic from waste streams. This plastic can then be reused as raw material for new packaging in the food industry.
FiliGrade has won various innovation awards and is active within Plastic Pact NL, European Plastic Pact, HolyGrail and PetCore. FiliGrade participates in plastic sorting/recycling research projects of the European Commission.
